SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFO

Shipping Locations

Sender Location: USA.

Please note that we will be using USPS.

Restricted Countries: ships internationally except for the following countries.

Germany (shipping starts around July), Ukraine, Russia, and the United Kingdom are the main ones. Other potential countries are listed [ here ].

If you reside in any of these countries and would like to purchase from our store, we recommend you purchase the digital items, or find someone who we can ship or give (in person) your package to you. We apologize for the inconvenience!

VAT and Custom Fees: may incur.

As mentioned above, items will ship from outside of EU. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged. Since we are not registered for VAT, we are unable to ship to places such as UK unless items are over 130 pounds in value. 

Tracking: provided for all physical orders.

Your tracking number will be sent to you once shipping starts. If you have not received your tracking number after shipping is announced as complete on our social media, please kindly get in touch with us.

A Quick Note: Parcels will be shipped in waves, and sometimes the labels will be bought in advance. Because of this, the timeline provided in the tracking email may not always be accurate. Please keep an eye on our socials so you have a better idea on when your package will be sent out.

 

Delivery

Timeline: TENTATIVE and is subjected to change.

NOTE: Digital sales will continue until the end of our Leftover Sales.

March 20th - April 15th: Leftover Sales open. Orders sent as they are purchased.
Late April: Contributors get remaining items, finances updated.
May 5th: Tenative donations/closing date.

Packaging: specifications.

Products will be individually and securely packed in bubble mailers and shipped by Shipping Manager Zelina. It will be fairly anonymous/discreet in packaging.

Please note if there are any additional steps we need to take to ensure your package arrives safely to you (ex: writing certain things on the package, alternative shipping methods, etc.)

 

 

REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, EXCHANGES POLICY

Eligibility

Cancelling your physical order within the week after purchase will provide you a full refund. If you'd like to exchange your physical order, we will refund you (minus the Paypal fee) and request you reorder.

Any errors on our part when delivering (wrong address written, defunct item, delays on our part sending it out) will be eligible for a full or partial refund, replacement, and/or exchange. Please contact us within two weeks of receiving your package and we will discuss next steps. We will do our best to refund you for the amount you pay returning the items to us, although that is subjected to the funds we have.

Ineligibility

Digital orders are final sale.

After your order has been shipped, you may only cancel your order. Received funds will go towards expenses of & donations for the project.

Damaged or lost orders due to transit or inaccurate address/instructions you have provided, may be eligible for partial refund or replacement. Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

 

Shipment/Delivery Errors

Please ensure that your address is CORRECT and that the package can arrive to you safely, i.e. please leave us instructions on this and ensure a place where your package won't be stolen. We will follow each step as carefully as possible.

We will ensure we have a good amount of backup zines and merch in case of replacements and such, however priority will go to those whose package was lost/damage on our error. Should the error be on the shipping service or your error, we will try our best to replace/refund/etc., however it will be on a item and funds availability basis. You may have to cover shipping once more.
